Wilbur R. Lambright
Wilbur R. Lambright, 88, Shipshewana, died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 20, 1931, in LaGrange County, to Edward J. and Polly (Slabach) Lambright.
On Dec. 11, 1952, in LaGrange County, he married Wilma Carolyn Lehman; she survives.
Survivors in addition to his wife are five sons, Larry (Ruth) Lambright, Shipshewana, Glen (Pam) Lambright, Elkhart, Mervin (Denise) Lambright, Wilbur (Nanette) Lambright Jr., both of Goshen, Calvin (Marlene) Lambright, Shipshewana; daughter, Marilyn (Mervin) Wingard, Shipshewana; 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Mary Kathryn Lambright, Shipshewana.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edward Lambright Jr. He was a farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, and all day Friday, Sept. 20, at the family residence, 0635 N. 1000 West, Shipshewana.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, also at the family residence. Services will be conducted by Bishop Wilbur Miller and the home ministers.
Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Shipshewana.
Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is handling the arrangements.
