Susie Fry Obituary
Topeka, Indiana - Susie Fry, 84, of Topeka, died at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at her residence. She was born on March 1, 1942, in Yoder, Kansas, to Sam P. and Anna Bontrager. On September 3, 1964, she married Jacob D.O. Fry. Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, Sam (Laura) Fry of New Paris, Orvan (Marlene) Fry of Topeka, and Larry (Siara) Fry of Lagrange; one daughter, Anna Yoder of Shipshewana; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gary (Barbara) Bontrager of Hutchinson, Kansas, and Orvan (Carla) Bontrager of Hutchinson, Kansas; and one sister, Viola (Sammy) Eash of Topeka. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Freddie Bontrager and Harry Bontrager; and one sister, Mary Lou Bontrager. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. on Monday, April 13 and all day Tuesday at the Orvan Fry residence, 11681 N 600 W-57, Topeka. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 15, at 9:30 a.m. Services will be conducted by Bishop Mark Kramer, Harold Gingerich, and home ministers. Burial will be in Hawpatch Cemetery, Topeka
