Middlebury, IN - Sharon S. Riegsecker, 69, of Middlebury, passed away peacefully, while surrounded by her family at 10:19 pm on Thursday, August 6, at Goshen Hospital. She was born on May 12, 1957 in LaGrange to Andrew A. and Edna Mae (Yoder) Schrock. On August 18, 1978 at Pleasant Grove Conservative Mennonite Church, Goshen she married Randall L. Riegsecker, he survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are two daughters, Amie (Nelson) Miller of Athens, WI, Lucy (Enos) Miller of Canon City, CO; three sons, Ben (Elissa) Riegsecker of Grantsville, MD, Jesse (Melissa) Riegsecker of Middlebury, James (Glenda) Riegsecker of Madison; 20 grandchildren, two great grandsons; two brothers, Wayne (Tillie) Schrock of Middlebury, Lamar (Reva) Schrock of Middlebury; sister-in-law, Ruth Schrock of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Jordan Randall Miller; a granddaughter, Bridget Sharene Miller; and a brother, Gary Schrock. Sharon was a member of the Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking and gardening. She especially enjoyed tending to her flower gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday August 7, and 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm Saturday, August 8, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 9, at Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church, Goshen. Services will be conducted by Pastor Jonathan Zimmerman and the home ministers. The funeral will be live streamed and can be viewed on the church's YouTube Channel. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Goshen. Memorials may be given to Refuge Mountain Ranch.
