Rhoda W. Martin, daughter of Elmer and Mary (Weaver) Imhoff was born June 30, 1942 in Wooster, OH.

Rhoda departed this life at Goshen Hospital on March 8, aged 82 years, 8 months, and 6 days, after an illness of 7 weeks.

Rhoda was married to Elon Martin on Nov. 8, 1962.

He survives along with four sons, Devon (Lucy) Martin of Goshen, Marlin (Anita) Martin of Carson City, MI, Elson (Rachel) Martin of Rochester, IN, and Naaman (Eileen) Martin of Goshen; one daughter, Anna Mary (Ernest) of Fenwick, MI; 37 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; one brother, David Imhoff of Goshen; and 3 sisters, Esther Ramer of Carson City, MI, Lois Ramer of Rochester, IN, and Rachel Ramer of Goshen.

Rhoda was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Lizzie Imhoff; three brothers, Paul, Daniel, and Heber Imhoff; one brother-in-law, John Ramer.

Mrs. Martin was a member of the Old Order Mennonite Church and was a homemaker and sewer.

Friends may call from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, March 11, at the family residence, 24835 CR 38, Goshen, IN 46526.

Funeral services will be held at Yellow Creek Old Order Mennonite Church at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12. Home Ministries of the Old Order Mennonite Church will officiate' and burial will take place in Yellow Creek Frame Cemetery, Goshen.
