Nathaniel J. Moore, age 35, of Albion, passed away into his Savior's loving arms on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Parkview Reginal Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on March 4, 1990 to Timothy and Cynthia (Bassett) Moore in Goshen, IN.

Nathaniel is survived by his parents, Timothy and Cynthia Moore of Albion; grandmother, Janet Bassett of Kendallville; brother, Josiah (Amy Hurd, Fiancé) Moore and sister, Hannah Moore of Albion. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Bassett and grandparents, Wayne and Ina Moore.

Nathaniel graduated from Indian Lake Home School in 2008. His first job was H&R Quarter Horses. He attended Taylor University. While in college he worked at Zondervan Library and volunteered at Youth for Christ Red Barn. Nathaniel was employed at Regal-Rexnard for 5 years and was the third shift manager. Nathaniel achieved many things including: the Youth Tour in Washington D.C, Tops in 4-H Honor Group, he won the 4-H leadership award, 4-H Citizen Award, 4-H achievement award, involved in the 50 50 50 Forestry Project, 4-H Junior Leaders, served on Noble County Teen Court, member of Young Republicans, Special Olympics basketball referee and 10 year member of 4-H. He loved basketball, reading, playing guitar, NASCAR, building computers, old cars, being a gamer, archery, March Madness, board games, watching movies, classic tv shows, cooking, helping with genealogy, St. Louis Cardinals, Colts, Pacers, the Black Hawks, and he loved Purdue.

A gathering of family and friends will take place from 1-4 and 6-8 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Indiana 46767. A service will be held to commemorate the life of Nathaniel at 10 am on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor John Randolph will officiate. Burial will take place at Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier, IN. Memorial contributions may be directed to: American Diabetes, P.O.
