Goshen, Indiana - Marietta Mishler, 94, Goshen, died at 11:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14, at Waterford Crossing.
She was born on Nov. 23, 1930, in Goshen, to Mark & Mary Alice (Doud) Smoker.
On Aug. 20, 1982, she married Phillip G. Mishler; and he died March 5, 2007.
Surviving are her children, Greg Hooley, Ruskin, Florida, Timothy (Teri) Hooley, Elkhart, Joseph (Jackie) Hooley, New Paris, LuAnn Hewitt, Goshen; 6 grandchildren, Ben (Regina), Lyndsay (Joe), Whitney (Ryan), Megan, Stacey (Lyle) & Tyler; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Carol Smoker, New Paris.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Phillip Mishler; sister, Joan Geiger; and a brother, David Smoker.
Marietta was a 1948 graduate of New Paris High School and retired from Martins Feed Mill in 1994.
She was a member of New Paris Missionary Church. A talented musician, she played organ & piano at churches in New Paris including weddings, funerals, and community events.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at Rieth Rohrer Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen.
The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at New Paris Missionary Church, 67621 SR 15, New Paris. Pastor David Hackney will officiate; and burial will follow at New Paris Cemetery.
