Fort Wayne, IN - Margaret E. Cart, 98, died on Sunday, Sept. 7, at Lincolnshire Place, Fort Wayne.
She was born on April 24, 1927, to Clarence and Edna (Bonar) Diller.
Margaret married Harold J. Cart on June 1, 1946. He preceded her in death on Jan. 14, 2020.
Surviving are nieces, Cathy (Robert) Harris, Pittsboro, NC, and Kelly (Mark) Lundquist, Albion; nephews, Terry (Debbie) Diller, Fort Wayne, Randy (Linda) Diller, Pittsboro, NC, and Kerry (Heather) Foster, Albion; and sister, Carolyn Sue (Donald) Foster, Albion.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a brother, Richard Diller; and a stepbrother, Dale LeFever.
She worked at the House of Harter in the sewing room and worked at Crafts N' Things.
Margaret graduated from Churubusco High School in 1945.
She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and playing dominoes. She had a large collection of salt and pepper shakers and wintered in Florida since 1959.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, Sept. 26, at 10:00 a.m., at Christian Chapel Cemetery in Merriam.
