Lemoine Keim, 97, of Syracuse, passed away on Sept. 1, at The Waters of Syracuse.
He was born on Sept. 26, 1926 in Deedsville, IN to Roy & Dessie (Zimmerman) Keim.
On Aug.14, 1955, he married Dorothy Palmer who preceded him in 2014.
He served his country in the Army National Guard in the Korean Conflict era.
He was an Accountant, and also sold suits for 37 years.
He was a longtime active member of the Calvary United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Steve (Kerri) Keim of Syracuse, David (Kelly) Keim of Clifton Park, NY; daughter, Lori (Bill) Dixon; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Along with his wife, Dorothy, Lemoine was preceded by his granddaughter, Kate Keim; 2 sisters, Lois Shadel & Dorothy Mullins; 2 brothers, Robert & Ronald Keim.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 4-7 p.m. at the Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracyse.
Services will be Friday, Sept.13, at 11 a.m. at the Calvary United Methodist Church, Syracuse with Pastor Paul Burris officiating.
Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery.
