Gaither R. "Rex" Mullins, 72, passed away Dec. 2, 2020, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.
He was born May 30, 1948, in Clendenin, West Virginia to Newman and Margarey (Cantrell) Mullins.
On Aug. 15, 1973, he married Cynthia Maggart who preceded him in 2014.
Rex is survived by his son, Chris (Tracy) Mullins of Kendallville; daughter, Amie (Nick) Beckham of Cromwell; five grandchildren, Griffin, Mason, Grayden, Maddox and Maebry; a brother, Bob "Creed" Mullins and a sister, Ann McNamara.
Along with his wife, he was also preceded by his parents and a brother, Roger Mullins.
Services will be private.
