Millersburg, IN - Freddie J. Miller, 85, of Millersburg (district: 63-4), died at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at his residence.
He was born on June 3, 1940 in Chouteau, Oklahoma, to Jacob S.S. and Wilma (Troyer) Miller.
On Nov. 12, 1959, he married Mary Ellen (Frey) Miller. She survives.
Survivors in addition to his wife are five sons, Delmar Ray (Freda) Miller of Millersburg, Wayne Jay (Leona) Miller of Topeka, Norman Lee (LeAnna) Miller of Millersburg, Dean F. (Ida Fern) Miller of Middlebury, Richard Joe (Waneda Lorraine) Miller of Millersburg; three daughters, Wilma Jean (Floyd - dec.) Fry of Topeka, Dorothy F. (Raymond Glen) Miller of Middlebury, Loretta Mae (Larry) Yoder of Millersburg; 39 grandchildren, 110 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ida Miller of Millersburg and Wilma (Gerald) Yoder of Topeka; brother, Raymond (Gertie) Miller of Wolcottville; two sister-in-laws, Susie Miller of Topeka and Esther Miller of Topeka.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Floyd Fry; two brothers, Harvey and Tobey Miller; three sisters, Clara Miller, Edna Troyer, and Fannie Miller; three grandchildren, Jerry Wayne Miller, Matthew Miller, and Karen Marie Miller.
Freddie was a factory worker, farmer, carpenter and member of the Old Order Amish church.
Visitation was after 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9 and all day, Monday, Nov. 10, at the family residence, 10073 CR 38, Millersburg.
Funeral services were at 9:30 am on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at the family's residence, 10073 CR 38, Millersburg.
Services were conducted by Bishop Galen W. Miller and the home ministers.
Burial will be in Southeast Clinton Cemetery, Goshen.
