Goshen, Indiana - Eugene "Bud" Moser, 96, passed away peacefully on June 9.

He was born on Oct. 23, 1929 to Charles E. and Beulah (Emmitt) Moser and was a proud 1947 graduate of Millersburg High School.

A lifetime farmer, Bud poured his heart and soul into his occupation. He possessed an enduring passion for the land and was never too tired or too ill to talk about the farm.

For many years, he enjoyed spending the winter seasons in Mesa, Arizona, where he loved playing shuffleboard, cards, and cultivating cherished, lifelong Arizona friendships.

In October 1949, Bud married Helen Rogers of Millersburg. Their beautiful union lasted until her passing in 2009.

Bud was blessed to find love a second time, and in 2015, he married Patricia Dwyer in Mesa, Arizona.

Bud is survived by his wife, Patricia (Dwyer) Moser; his children, Doug (Pat) Moser of Ligonier, Terri (Mike) Mast of Goshen, and Mitch (Kim) Moser of Goshen; son-in-law. Harry Burnstine; grandchildren, Christy Burnstine, Sarah (Burnstine) Juroff, Carrie Ann (Moser) Laursen, Andy Moser, Stephanie (Mast) Lane, Angela (Mast) Bruszewski, Ben Moser, Silas Moser, and Hannah (Moser) Quick; blessed with 19 great grandchildren; and siblings, Ellen Rose, Jack (Deanna) Moser, and Larry (Judy) Moser.

Preceding him in death are his first wife, Helen (Rogers) Moser; his beloved daughter, Susan Burnstine of Bristol, who passed away in 1998; and siblings, Robert Moser and Sandra Connor.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 12, from 48 p.m. at Rieth Rohrer Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen, IN 46526, and one hour prior to an 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, June 13, also at the funeral home.

Services will be conducted by Pastor John Randolph of People's Bible Church in Benton and Bud's son, Pastor Mitch Moser.

Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery.
