Goshen, IN - Lola Eloise Miller Bontrager Schrock,98, died on April 27, at Greencroft Goshen Healthcare.

Born on June 21, 1927 in Lagrange County to Malvin P. and Anna M. (Yoder) Miller, Eloise was raised on the family farm near Middlebury.

She received her nurse's training at La Junta Mennonite School of Nursing in La Junta, Colorado and worked as a registered nurse in a variety of settings. She later became a family nurse practitioner.

She married Marion M. Bontrager on Dec. 24, 1950. He died on Feb. 5, 1974.

She married H. Francis Schrock on Oct. 25, 1986. He died on March 1, 2020.

In addition to her parents, Marion, and Francis, she is preceded in death by sisters, Ruth Yordy and Mary Jean Schrock; brother, Daniel Miller,; and son-in-law, Conrad Kleinholz.

She is survived by her brother, Carroll Miller of Greeley, Colorado; daughters, Sharon (Conrad) Kleinholz of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Pamela (Avery) Zook of Doylestown, Ohio; Francis' children, Larry (Kay) Schrock of Shipshewana, Cheryl (Rick) Dolson of Westville, and Kathy (Charles) Hartzler of Middlebury; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great- grandchildren.

A family graveside service will be held in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, at College Mennonite Church, Goshen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Waterford Mennonite Church, College Mennonite Church, or Alzheimer's Disease Research.
