Formerly of Middlebury, Indiana - Elaine Myers, 96, formerly of Middlebury, passed away at 8:00 a.m., on Monday, June 9, at Living Wisdom Community of Hubbard Hills, Elkhart. She was born on November 12, 1928, in Madison Township, IN, to Warner and Anna (Horein) Beehler. On October 2, 1949, in Zion Church, Madison Township, she married Max L. Myers, he passed away March 8, 2013. Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Myers of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Janie (Donny) Russell of Stuart, Fl.; and her faithful caregiver, Opal Bond. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Elaine was a homemaker and member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Middlebury. She was a charter member of Maple Crest Country Club in Goshen and enjoyed playing cards, especially Bridge. She was a talented cross stitch artist. Family and friends may gather at Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury for a graveside service at 11:00 am on Friday, June 13, 2025. Services will be conducted by Pastor Dana Stonebraker.
