Middlebury, IN - Edmund D. Wilkerson, 76, of Middlebury, passed away into the arms of Jesus and received total healing from past heart complications, at 1:22 am on Saturday, April 11 at his residence. He was born on January 28, 1950, in Tampa, FL, to A.C. and Louise (Life) Wilkerson. On April 18, 1981, in Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church, Goshen, he married Erma Jean Mast, she survives. Survivors in addition to his wife are daughter, Alisa Marie Wilkerson of Middlebury; son, Jeremy Allen (Abigail Rose) Wilkerson of Syracuse; two grandchildren, Zion and Felicity Wilkerson; sister, Marjorie Bryant Letham of Palm Harbor, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carolyn Pach. Ed was a member of Living Hope Christian Fellowship. He worked at Hillsborough County Health Department for 19 1/2 years, Supreme Corporation for 27 years, Troyer Foods for six years and Menards for four years. He enjoyed taking walks, riding his bicycle, and working in his flower beds. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15 at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street, Middlebury. The family will hold a private graveside service in Miller 8 Square Cemetery, Goshen. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 16 at Living Hope Christian Fellowship, 501 North Indiana Avenue, Goshen. Services will be conducted by Pastor Jason Miller.
