Daryl was such a great guy, he helped build our cabin in Wyoming and hauled horses that we gathered for
the defense department down to Auburn University. He always offered his smiling face and a helping hand.

I called Daryl just a few weeks ago after Dale had told me he wasn't feeling well. As our conversations always went, I started with a joke and ended with a joke. Even though he didn't feel well he laughed at both and I am thankful that I will forever remember him laughing. I did not know him much past our business relationship but the picture in his obituary is exactly how he was everytime I met him, laughing and smiling. He will be missed.
