Dale was a guy that could do anything. I have memories of him hunting mushrooms on the farm. I also recall him saving honey out of honeybee trees or barns or houses. But most of all I remember him being able to speak to anyone in the community including my dad and my uncle who were not church goers. He visited my family when we were new Christians and answerered questions on the Bible that my wife Sharry had prepared for him. I remember him reroofing our shed and taking down the old house at Honey Lake. Soon after he left Pleasant Hill my wife and I were baptized and I think it’s because of the foundation that he gave us. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. But t...here is no doubt that he is in a better place.Read more
