Connie K. Siler, 71, Elkhart, passed away Monday, July 17, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 3, 1945, in Connersville, to William L. and Garnett A. (Leonard) Motts.

On May 16, 1986, she married the love of her life, Richard Siler. He preceded her in death July 31, 2006.

Survivors include three daughters, Karen (Dana Trowbridge) Nevorski, Mishawaka, Jennifer Hager and Karen Lopez, both of Elkhart; son, Craig Siler, Elkhart; four grandchildren, Cortney Roderick, Dylan Lopez, Davis Nevorski and Karenna Nevorski; and nephew, Jeff Motts, Florida.

Connie was employed as a operations administrator at Auto Driveaway for several years prior to her retirement.

She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and Elkhart Moose Lodge 599.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the noon celebration of life service Thursday, July 20, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart. Pastor John Hogsett will officiate.

Interment will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care in memory of Connie.

The family would like to give special thanks to Ruth and Stan Henderson who provided excellent care for Connie during her last year of life.
