On behalf of the Anthony Wayne Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, i wanted to express our deepest condolences to Fred's family, to thank you for the countless hours he spent away from you with his Scouting family bettering the lives of youth, in service to Camp Chief Little Turtle, and service to his community. He will be deeply missed, and gratitude for his service to Scouting cannot be expressed in simple words. Thank you Mr. Koppy, thank you for everything!

Always enjoyed talking about nothing with him. However it always was about something and he could help anyone learn about the topic at hand. We will miss him.
