Shirley Robinson, 77, of Middlebury, died at 5:20 a.m. Sunday, May 14 in Milford.
She was born June 30, 1939 in Hot Springs, South Dakota, to Eldon Jesse and Irma Frances (Raver) Alexander.
On Dec. 2, 1957 in Rapid City, South Dakota she married Daniel Robinson, he survives.
Survivors in addition to her husband are seven daughters; one son; 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; one sister and two brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
Shirley was a homemaker and a school bus driver for Brethren Christian Schools. She also worked at Elkhart General Hospital in the X-ray department, decaling at Midas and at B.J. Wood Factory.
She enjoyed bowling and was a co-founder of the girls' softball league in Goshen. She attended Crossroads Baptist Church in Shipshewana.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 15 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 2525 N. 900 West, Shipshewana. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, also at the church. Services will be conducted by Pastor Mark Suever. Burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury.
Memorials may be given to Crossroads Baptist Church.
