Richard L. Fullhart, 82, of Goshen, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.
He was born June 30, 1934 in Huntington, Indiana to the late Loren T. and N. Pauline (Powell) Fullhart.
He married Phyllis Bertch June 30, 1986, she died July 29, 2015.
Surviving are his sons, Larry (Robert Burkey) Fullhart and Jeff (Jacque) Fullhart; step-daughters Susan (Terry) Burgess, Linda (Geno) D'Ambrose and Nancy (Dennis) Horvath; 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren survive as well.
Richard was a Ball State University graduate. He started his career teaching auto mechanics and industrial arts at Concord High School, then Clay High School. In 1969 he went to work for Reese Products as a draftsman and retired in 1999 as chief of engineering.
Friends may call one hour prior to the 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 celebration of life service for Richard at St. John of the Cross Episcopal Church, 601 E. Vistula St. Bristol, IN 46507. The Rev. Jen Fulton of St. John's will officiate.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask memorials be given to the church.
