Olive Maxine Cleveland, 93, died at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, at Lakeland Healthcare, Milford where she had been a resident for five weeks.
She was born Nov. 2, 1923, to Lawrence and Iona (Hornsby) Moyer in LaPaz.
Mrs. Cleveland was a lifetime area resident. She was a 1942 graduate of Nappanee High School.
On June 24, 1944, she married Robert E. Cleveland in Bourbon. He preceded her in death March 24, 1989. Mrs. Cleveland was a homemaker. She loved her family; they were the center of her world.
She is survived by her children, Mike (Diane) Cleveland, LaPorte, Robert (Bobbi) Cleveland, Jr., Leesburg, and Marsha Hunsberger, Topeka; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Paul Moyer and Lowell Moyer; and a sister, Phyllis Bleile.
Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 13, followed by a noon funeral service at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
Burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Harbor Light Hospice.
