Julie Logan-Rogers, 84, Syracuse, passed away Saturday, April 29, at Goshen Hospital.
She was born Dec. 6, 1932, in Goshen, to Ralph and Eva (Kessler) Logan.
On Aug. 8, 1954, she married Ernie Rogers, who survives.
Julie was a lifelong area resident. She was a 1950 Goshen High School graduate and attended Ward Belmont College in Nashville, Tennessee.
After moving from Goshen to Syracuse, she lived on Wawasee Lake and finally resided on Syracuse Lake. She worked for many years as a medical secretary. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church.
Julie is survived by her husband, Ernie Rogers; her daughter, Shelly Rogers, and son-in-law, Terry Stump; and her son, Scott Rogers. Also surviving are her sister-in-law, Patsy Logan, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Stacy and Dan List.
A memorial service honoring Julie will take place Saturday, June 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the North Webster American Legion Pavilion with a celebration of life to follow from 2 to 4 p.m.
Arrangements are with Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
