Wayne E. Troyer, 77, Topeka, died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 15, 1940, in Goshen, to Enos and Edna (Troyer) Troyer.
On Dec. 15, 1960, in Topeka, he married Wilma Miller, who died Oct. 9, 1965.
On June 16, 1966, in Middlebury, he married Erma Miller, who survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Gary (Erma) Troyer, New Paris, Gerald (Marlene) Troyer, Shipshewana, Dennis (Leona) Troyer, Millersburg, Harley (Erma) Troyer, LaGrange, Wayne, Jr. (Irma) Troyer, Millersburg; four daughters, Lorene (Elvie) Miller, Millersburg, Linda (Matthew) Faulconer, Florence, Oregon, Carolyn (Gary) Yoder, Shipshewana, Mary (Dennis) Yoder, Topeka; 57 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Vernon (Ida Mae) Troyer, Goshen, Ray (Lorene) Troyer, LaGrange, Gerald (Elsie) Troyer, Shipshewana; brother-in-law, Levi (Esther) Yoder, Millersburg.
He was preceded in death by his first wife; parents; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Eli Yutzy; and sister Pauline Yoder.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He worked at Jayco for 22 years and was self-employed with Troyer Air Tools for 18 years.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, and all day Friday, Feb. 16, at the family residence, 8465 W. 500 South, Topeka.
Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, also at the family residence. Services will be conducted by Bishop Vernon Yoder and the home ministers.
Burial will be at Hawpatch Cemetery, Topeka.
Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is assisting the family with arrangements.
