Sylvia R. Hostetler, 76, Goshen, died Monday at her home.
She was born May 26, 1941, in Nappanee, to Rudy J. and Anna (Burkholder) Hochstetler.
Survivors include a daughter, Andrea Bustamante, Goshen; son, Daniel (Elisa) Hostetler, Fort Wayne; four grandsons and a granddaughter due in December; two sisters, Freida (Robert) Schmucker, Milford, and Verba (Joe) Bontrager, Nappanee; and three brothers, Leroy Hochstetler, Ernest (Mary) Hochstetler, both of Nappanee and Larry (Freda) Hochstetler, New Paris.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister and brothers, Glen and William Hochstetler.
A lifelong area resident, Sylvia worked in production at Kropf Industries and in the Kroger deli for 20 years.
Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 16, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where a 10 a.m. funeral service will be conducted Friday, Nov. 17. The Rev. Dr. Greggory Lanzen, First Baptist Church, Goshen, will officiate.
Burial will follow at Jackson Cemetery, Goshen.
