Steven Kenneth Berlin, 35, went to be with the Lord at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Dec. 30, 1981, in Elkhart, to Butch Berlin and Ann Vitali.
Surviving is his father, Butch (Lisa) Berlin, Middlebury; his mother, Ann Drew, LaGrange; five sisters, Stephanie Decker, Warsaw, Jennifer Berlin, LaGrange, Yolanda Martinez, Bronson, Michigan, April Koscher, Bristol, and Samantha Berlin, Elkhart; nine nieces and nephews, Jacinda Duff, Devlin Duff, Natalya Decker, Aubrey Gump, Jaydin Williams, Jahreal Williams, Gracelynn Lowe, Jase Foster and Kyndzlee Dickson; grandmothers, Kathleen Schrock, Middlebury, and Marlene Berlin, Shipshewana.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Larry Berlin and Larry Vitali.
Steven had worked in local RV factories. He was a huge USC fan, enjoyed fishing and golfing. He loved his family and friends and would do anything for anybody.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, followed by a 7 p.m. funeral service at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 S. Main St., Middlebury.
Burial will be at a later date in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Bristol.
