Lovina's Story

Lovina S. Schwartz, 13, LaGrange, died Wednesday, March 22, at Parkview Regional Medical Center as a result of injuries from an accident.
Miss Schwartz was born Jan. 9, 2004, in LaGrange, to Daniel E.R. and Lydia L. (Eicher) Schwartz, LaGrange.
Living her lifetime in LaGrange County, she was currently a sixth-grader at Buck Creek School in rural LaGrange, and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Along with her parents, she is survived by three sisters, Marilyn S. Schwartz, Verena S. Schwartz and Lydiann S. Schwartz, all at home; three brothers, Daniel S. Schwartz, Samuel S. Schwartz and Jacob S. Schwartz all at home; her maternal grandparents, Samuel and Lydia Eicher of LaGrange; her paternal grandparents, Enos and Rosa Schwartz of Spencerville; and maternal great-grandmothers, Margaret Eicher of Marysville and Rachel Girod of Holmes County, Ohio.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 23, and continue all day Friday, March 24, at the family residence, 0365 S. 250 West, LaGrange, where funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 25.
Burial will follow at Mast Cemetery in rural LaGrange.
