Loretta B. Sieg, 83, of Mishawaka, formerly of Middlebury, died at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at Heritage Point, Mishawaka.
She was born July 17, 1934, in Defiance, Ohio, to Richard and Goldie (Murray) Barker. On Aug. 17, 1952, in Defiance, Ohio, she married Leon Sieg. He died Feb. 15, 1974.
Surviving are two daughters, Ruth (William) Sieg of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and Terry (Doyle) Beachy of Goshen; son, Leon (Peachy) Sieg of Elkhart; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, William (Linda) Barker of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a great-grandson, sister, Alberta Page, and brother, Jess Barker.
Loretta worked many years at Kenco, a division of Coachman Industries, and enjoyed traveling, spending time with her sister and was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 S.h Main St., Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bristol. Services will be conducted by Father Robert Van Kempen. Burial will be in Riverview Memory Gardens.
