John Henry Miller, 84, Middlebury, died at 10:34 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 29, 1933, in LaGrange, to Simon and Lizzie (Borkholder) Miller.
Surviving are a sister, Pollyanna Bowman, Middlebury; two brothers, Ervin (Margaret) Miller, Goshen, Amos (Janet) Miller, Middlebury; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Miller, Goshen, Mary Anna Miller, Honeyville; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Freeman and Andrew Miller; brother-in-law Dan Bowman; and sister-in-law Edna Mae Miller.
John was a rug weaver and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, and all day Thursday, Feb. 1, at the Vernon Bontrager residence, 54244 C.R. 43, Middlebury.
Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at the Kenny Yoder residence, 9415 W. 100 South, Shipshewana. Services will be conducted by Bishops Perry Mast and Monroe Yoder and the home ministers.
Burial will be at Yoder Cemetery, Shipshewana.
Arrangements are with Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury.
