Jasmin was born Aug. 21, 1978, in Springfield, Illinois. Jasmin and her family migrated to Joliet, Illinois, in 1988. In 2003, she moved to South Bend and ultimately Goshen in 2016.
Jasmin enjoyed reading, cooking, writing (she was published repeatedly in a local publication), traveling with her family, dancing and singing. Her husband and children were her joy. The response on social media to Jasmin's passing is a wonderful testament to her love for the Lord and her love for people. Everyone who loves her has been so blessed to have had a personal relationship with her. She touched hearts and left a sweet impression.
Friends and family will host a celebration of Jasmin's life Saturday, Aug. 26, at Brown Chapel Church from 10 a.m. until the funeral service beginning at noon at Brown Chapel Church, 1502 Mills Road, Joliet, IL 60433. Cremation rites will be accorded following services at the church. There will be no services at the funeral home. Flowers will be received at the church prior to 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
