Ida Mae Lehman, 89, LaGrange, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, at her residence.
Mrs. Lehman was born Dec. 4, 1928, in LaGrange County, to William S. and Edna Mae (Miller) Miller.
Living her lifetime in LaGrange County, she was a homemaker and member of the Old Order Amish Church.
On Jan. 27, 1949, in LaGrange County, she married Elva D. Lehman. He preceded her in death Oct. 31, 2005.
Surviving are six daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ellen and Sam Miller, Middlebury, Fannie Mae and Joe Bontrager, Edna and Henry Miller and Ruby and Joe Schwartz, all of Shipshewana, Elsie and Delbert Miller, Wolcottville, and Cristina and Daniel Bontrager, Topeka; five sons and daughters-in-law, Ernest and Linda Lehman, Topeka, Dennis and Mary Sue Lehman, Orie and Wilma Lehman, and Mervin and Naomi Lehman, all of Shipshewana, and Amzie and Freda Lehman, LaGrange; 73 grandchildren; 204 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Emma and Levi Bontrager, Shipshewana; brother and sister-in-law, Ervin and Mary Miller, LaGrange; sister-in-law, Mrs. Ora (Mary) Miller, LaGrange; and foster brother, Willis Miller, Winter Haven, Florida.
Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Elsie Kay Lehman; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ella Byler and Mary Miller; and four brothers, Elva, Ora, Howard and Amos Miller.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, and all day Thursday, Feb. 15, at the family residence, 1310 N. 250 West, LaGrange.
Funeral services will take place Friday, Feb. 16, at 9:30 a.m., also at the family residence. Bishop Amos Yoder and the home ministers will officiate.
Burial will follow at Mast Cemetery, rural LaGrange.
