I started my journey in the restaurant world at The Parkway Inn thanks the my Aunt Sharyn Ross. It was there I met Greg. He was a kind man who never hesitated to take time to answer my many inquiries about the business. As I went on to NJ and NYC and worked in other restaurants I never forgot the lessons I learned from Greg and everyone at The Parkway. Though it has been years since I’ve seen him I have always kept this special man in my thoughts. My sincere sympathy to all who knew him.

My prayers are with the entire family. My mother Barbara Johnston worked for Greg for many years and she enjoyed working for Greg and Parkway. I even bused tables on big nights.
