Frances L. Haines, 94, Goshen, died Wednesday, July 19, at Greencroft Goshen Health Care.
She was born March 21, 1923, in Goshen, to Rudolph and Iva (Haney) Tulley.
On Feb. 23, 1947, she married Paul E. "Bud" Haines in New Paris. He died May 26, 2014.
Survivors include four children, Michael (Christina) Haines, Clover, South Carolina, JoEllen (Rex) Eisenhour, Torrance, California, RaeJean (Ivan) Anderson, Goshen, and Patrick Haines, Elkhart; three grandchildren, Joshua and Caleb (Lori) Haines and Travis (Charlotte) Eisenhour; and two great-grandchildren, Riley Haines and Wesley Eisenhour.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Sara Eisenhour; two sisters, Lillie Sumpter and Violet Replogle; stepsister, Dorothy Downing; and two brothers, Herbert and Rudolph Jr. Tulley.
A homemaker, Mrs. Haines was a member of New Paris Missionary Church.
Friends may call Wednesday, July 26, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Thursday, July 27, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Gideon's International.
