Eli Kuhns, 54, died unexpectedly at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at Bremen Community Hospital Emergency Room.
He was born Nov. 28, 1961 in Nappanee, to Ivan and Susie (Weaver) Kuhns.
Mr. Kuhns was a dairy farmer and maple syrup producer. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Mr. Kuhns is survived by his father, Ivan Kuhns, Nappanee; brothers, Vernon Kuhns, Goshen, Jerry (Sharon) Kuhns, Bremen; sisters, Mary Etta Kuhns, Nappanee, Ruby (Glenn) Yoder, Etna Green, Lizzie (Aaron) Borkholder, Bourbon; nine nephews; and nine nieces.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and sister, Edna Mae Kuhns.
Family and friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday, March 27, and all day Tuesday, March 28 at the Richard Borkholder residence, 699 Marshall County Line Rd, Nappanee. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 29, also at Richard Borkholders. Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate.
Burial will be in Borkholder Cemetery.
