David Alan Markham David Alan Markham, 59, died unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 19, from natural causes stemming from a rare condition he did not know he had.
David was born Dec. 10, 1958, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Donald and Martha (Burt) Markham.
