Christine L. Clodfelter, 75, Syracuse, passed away Jan. 14, at Miller's Merry Manor.
She was born May 3, 1942, in Bolimow, Poland, to Edward and Lydia (Schroeder) Wolff. She was a 1961 graduate of Goshen High School.
On March 1, 1964, in Goshen, she married Larry Clodfelter, who survives.
She was a lake-area resident since 1968, coming from Goshen.
She was a homemaker, worked part time as a clerk for Norther Indiana Public Service Company and served as church secretary for St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, where she was a also member. At one time, Chris served on the Syracuse Town Board.
Along with her husband, she is survived by two sons, Dan (Shelly) Clodfelter, Syracuse, and Michael (Adrienne) Clodfelter; Indianapolis; four grandchildren, Mack and Landen Clodfelter, Ryan (Whitney) Allee, and Brittnee Alee; two great-grandchildren, MacKenna Allee and Harper Allee; three sisters, Edith (Bruno) Nickel, St. Joe, Michigan, Doris (Curt) Stuckey, Syracuse, and Rita (Ron) Cox, Lafayette; and brother, Gene (Janet) Wolff, St. Joe, Michigan.
A memorial service will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Jim Tormey officiating. Calling will be from 1-4 p.m. prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.
