Carol's Story

AZTEC, N.M. Carol Lee Schrock, 76, of Aztec, passed away Sunday, May 21, in Aztec.
She was born July 22, 1940, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to Ralph and Martha Hartman.
Carol graduated from Nappanee (Indiana) High School. She moved to Farmington in 1978 from Indiana. Carol was an avid NASCAR, Chicago Bulls and Kansas City Chiefs fan. Carol was an incredible mother, grandmother and wife, and she continued to bless her family with her wisdom, patience and unconditional love until her final days.
Carol is survived by her husband, Joseph Schrock; sons, Tommy (Mitzi) Schrock of Farmington and Michael R. (Carmen) Schrock of Otterberg, Germany; daughter, Lori J. Schwartz of Farmington; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sharon (Lowell) Chapman, Dewart Lake, Indiana, Shirley Stahley, Nappanee, Indiana, Mim Warner, Chandler, Arizona; brother, Willard "Bill" (Ruth) Hartman, Syracuse, Indiana; and sister-in-law, Janet Hartman, Nappanee, Indaina.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark E. Schrock; sisters, Lois Cornell, June McDonald, Norma Mitschelen; and brothers, Lloyd, Charles, Ralph "Dick", Robert and Frank Hartman.
