Bonnie Jo Clouse, 78, Nappanee, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, at Miller's Merry Manor, Wakarusa.
She was born March 20, 1939, in Foraker, to Vernon and Evelyn (Troup) Hess.
Mrs. Clouse lived her lifetime in Union Township.
On Jan. 27, 1957, she married Larry Clouse at her parent's home.
Bonnie was a homemaker and retired from Holiday Rambler after working there for 35 years. She was a member of Nappanee Missionary Church. Bonnie loved her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking, gardening, being outdoors and reading.
Surviving are her husband, Larry; son, Kim (Rhonda) Clouse, Elkhart; daughter, Tamara (Mark) Bowers, Colville, Washington; grandchildren, Katrina Marcum, Ben Bowers, Rory Clouse, Josh Bowers, Hannah Ouimet and Kit Clouse; 13 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Richard (Sue) Hess, Victor (Wilda) Hess and Bill (Carol) Hess, all of Foraker.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Rafe Clouse.
Family and friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, at Nappanee Missionary Church Chapel and 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, at Nappanee Missionary Church Worship Center, followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. Pastor Dave Engbrecht will officiate.
Burial will be at Union Center East Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Nappanee Missionary Church.
