Bill A. Nisley, 65, Goshen, died Monday, May 14, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, where he had been since Friday.
Bill was born June 14, 1952, in Goshen to John L. and Wilma (Miles) Nisley.
On Dec. 15, 1973, he married Lynn Hostetler in Goshen. She died Feb. 16, 2013.
Survivors include three children, Todd (Holly) Nisley, Bedford, Cherie (Brandon) Marks, Hagerstown, Maryland and Sara (Jim) Luebbert, Plainfield; five grandchildren, Kendall, Madeline, Brooklyn, Lily and Blake; and two sisters, Marilyn (Paul) Kelly and Kay Swett, both of Elkhart.
Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Nisley Jr. in 1950.
A 1970 graduate of Concord High School, Bill worked as a lineman for NIPSCO for more than 35 years before retiring in 2011. He was a member of Michiana Harley Owners' Group. He enjoyed motorcycles, hiking, boating, traveling and playing Texas Hold 'em at MGM.
Friends may call Thursday, May 17, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m. Friday, May 18, funeral service will be held.
Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery.
