Ann L. Jones, 92, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday, at Courtyard of Goshen.
She was born Oct. 6, 1925, in Fairbank, Iowa, to Levi F. and Rachel L. (Stutzman) Shrock.
On Sept. 4, 1948, in Elkhart County, she married Levi J. Jones. He died Nov. 9, 1992.
Surviving are two daughters, Glenda (Barry) Jones Van Paris, Indianapolis, Jane (Steve) Wainscott, Topeka; two grandsons, Jon and Chris Wainscott; four great-grandchildren, Madeleine, Joshua, Kennedy and Grayson Wainscott; and brother, Homer (Judy) Shrock.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two sisters, Clara Wingard, Liz Rheinheimer; two brothers, Walter and Alvin Shrock.
Ann was a member of First Mennonite Church in Middlebury, had worked in the cafeteria for the Westview School Corp. until 1972 and also cleaned homes and offices.
She enjoyed golf, hunting with her husband, cooking, was a seamstress and delivered flowers.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 S. Main St., Middlebury.
Family and friends may gather for a graveside service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Services will be conducted by Pastor Kent Miller. Memorials may be given to First Mennonite Church for the Food Pantry.
